Whether performed in-house or subcontracted, metal finishing of our precision components include surface treatments such as cleaning, passivation, tumbling, deburring, bright dipping, bead blasting, sand blasting, and anodizing. Some platings we offer include Copper, Nickel, Zinc, Tin, Silver, and Gold, as well as oxide phosphate and e-coating and custom coloring of zinc coatings.
Reduced consumption of precious metals such as Gold, Silver, and Palladium in the production of your part will significantly reduce your costs. By using the selective plating process on either the raw material or the finished parts, precious metals can be deposited only where they are required.
Stewart EFI can also provide high-quality parts that have been heat treated, annealed in a controlled atmosphere, hardened, case hardened, baked or stress relieved to our customers specifications, whether outsourced or done in-house at Stewart EFI.
